Hi Susie. With the yellow airbrush holders,, single action airbrushes can be placed "HANDLE IN " and they work fine. Silver shimmer powder is either one> white sparkle or diamond white( currently out of stock)which can be used. If you put down a black base,while it is still wet,,, rub the shimmer powder in and it will turn "SILVER/CHROME,,, by using shimmer powders you dont need to use any powders for setting. Most shimmer powders applied over wet bases will completly change the color and or shade of the base.... AND THEY LOOK AWESOME........... Hope this helps you out . Greg
