keeping paint from coming off

Hello. I have a question that probably gets asked a few times a year, so thanks in advance for humoring me

I use the water-based ABA paints, and I have a project coming up where the model will stay painted for several hours. Can anyone recommend a good way to keep it from coming off where the body creases (elbows, armpits, etc.)? I bought some sealant a while back that didn't really work, and while baby powder keeps the paint on, it also dilutes the color.
