Mineral Spirits are not safe or approved for use on skin.
Use Isopropyl Alcohol as opposed to Denatured Alcohol.

Information and MSDS - Materials Safety Data Sheet on any of these can be looked up on the web. There are hundreds of sites try www.hazard.com or www.msds.com

That said I do not use Olive Branch Tattoo Ink and you may contact the seller.
