I use shimmer powder, it's fantastic! Used on black tatts, it changes the colour and looks great when the light catches it. Using other colours, it can create lovely colour combinations!

As Glitter is harsher, I find that it doesn't stay on the tattoo for as long and can reduce the life of the tattoo. Still looks great! It's just a matter of choice.

ABA's Glitter and Shimmer is an excellent choice.
