I put powder in a baby sock and tie it off with a rubber band. Pat the area with the sock and brush it off with any kind of brush. I use a thick fan brush. Then I spray, glitter (some little boys like glitter too, just ask them, they know..) Tell them to let the tatt dry for a few min.
The sealer is a bit pricy but I love it:
