I just powder or shimmer powder - after an hour or so, the colours revive themselves. After the client has a shower or a wash, the colours come back too - but then we tell them to powder, so there's nothing to worry about.

on Black tatt's, it makes them look more authentic.

I use a short, stubby blusher brush for talc and my finger for shimmer as sometimes I like to use the shimmer for sections.
