Hi nelsie,
Just like FT my replies to you bounced back to me. Whatever was going on seems to have rectified itself because addresses that bounced back to me are no longer doing it now. I have been on holidays and just got back, so I have resent both the email I sent you and also the server message telling us that the email could not be delivered.
If you do not receive it please let me know on this board and I will give you an alternative email (my own personal) for you to deal with.
As for the phones and faxes, they are busy at times though we do get lots of messages and faxes during our nights because of the time difference, so I'm not sure what to tell you there as they seem to be working as normal.
Please accept our apologies but it is something that has been beyond our control. The last thing we want is for you guys to be stressing out over not being answered.
