Still Waiting for the airbrush or the money

I have place an order on April 1st (order # 90921843260)on that order with 4 diferent color inks I have order 4 single action spetial for (only on airbrush)$188.36 plus the shiping(express)$21.00 and the ink $135.68 for a total of $345.91.This amount was charged to my credit card on April 4th but my order was not process until April 23 and it clearly said "not Shipped" next to the airbrushes.Nobody answer e-mail,the fax and the phone are always"busy"(I have try even on 4:00A.M. AU time"busy")This is the first time this happened with your company.Your products are the best and the key of my success but after more than 5 years I can't espect to received what I paid for? I need you to answer this and get back my confidence on your company.Your products and services are the best in the world and I will give my testimonial any time,but right now I feel like your company is robbing me!
