Hello. I work for Busch Entertainment Corporation, Anheuser-Busch Theme Parks, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Costume Shop. I recently sent an email regarding an order we placed in March for several colors of makeup. We haven't received the shipment, and I haven't received a response to my email. I realize the time zone difference means I won't have a response until sometime tomorrow (it is only 11am on Tues 5/13/08 where I am), but any information on the missing order would be appreciated: a tracking number, a reason why it wasn't sent, etc.
We are desperate for the order. We have several shows in need of this makeup, and you are the best supplier we have found. Please, if there is anything you can do to help, we would really appreciate it.
