ABA can ship our products world wide,58 or 59 countries last count i think. When couriers pick up from our factory, then that order is in the hands of the courier company.. ABA tries to have an order processed and shipped within 24-48 hours if we can.
ABA IS IN AUSTRALIA, and when an order is placed say from the USA asking that it be delivered the next day or within 2 days wellllllllllllllllll,
Even Speedy Gonzalles cant paddle that quick over the big pond.
If you require an order urgently, please give our company time to process the order( some banks see an overseas transaction on a credit card and stop the transaction) ABA is then left with a declined order, so the company sends a declined credit card notifcation to the sender via email. Some people have posted queiries about their order on the message board and have not checked their emails,, or the spam email,, as some servers send some emails to there.
ABA DOES NOT SEND OUR CUSTOMERS A EMAIL NOTIFACATION THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN RECIEVED, that is the server saying that an email has been recieved by them, it is then sent to our email address, and from there it is captured by the shipping and processing programe. If anywhere along that chain, the programes that run these silly computers think that the originating computer has a bit of dust on its hard drive, then it can send that email anywhere or nowhere,, and in the end ABA does not even see it,.Even though you have got back a confirmation.....
IF you think your order is a little late, please try and send another email,or try phoning the company in AUSTRALIAN WORKING HOURS.
Dont forget Australia is AHEAD in the time zone.
Our answering service is ONLY on when the factory is closed or it is a holiday in Australia.
