Thank you for your reply! I took apart the gun completely and cleaned it well. Then I did dilute the paint some more, but it was still not ooming out even. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by taking up the pressure. I have a Badger 180-12 w/ auto off/on. How do I "take up the pressure" with that?
