I am by no means an expert but as it seems everyone else is away, well all I can suggest is either taking your spray pressure up a little, checking that all orifices in the gun and nozzle are clear or thinning the paint in the pot a little with alcohol (pure stuff not the xmas kind).
I have had this problem a few times and taking up the pressure usally does it for me.
