how to handle a competitor who sabotage my compressor

Hi Frens,

I need some help on handling this gal who is my competitor by learning airbrushing from my staff. And she got my staff to pour coke into my compressor oil kenerl (mine is a silent one).

She will be operating a tattoo stall in the same beach party as me. I just need some adv becoz I am fuming mad. She is a big time copycat so I am sure she steal my idea and concept of display. What shall I do?
