Get rid of the stain on Carpet

Hi! I purchase airbrush tattoo ink from your company and recently had an accident at a birthday party in someone’s home. I was bumped by a person at the party and my paint went flying off of the air gun flinging paint onto the client’s carpet. I am desperate to help her get rid of the stain! We have tried alcohol among many things. Do you have any suggestions or know of any products that can remove your paint from carpet and clothing?
I would really really appreciate your help as soon as possible!
