When I get the chance I have a sneak look around markets or shows. At our capital city show(Melbourne) over last couple years Iv seen > craft glue.. paper glue.. wall mount glue.. and even a spray glue that I had used in our factory to join foam sheets ( btw they dissolved ). There seems to be a lot of different types people use,, depending on what country they in.There is a 3M spray adhesive that is medical grade, but then again depends on what country. I have seen people using a light misting of hair spray onto stencil to give it just that much time to stick for the spray. My sugestion is check out chemists and see what might be available there..
Sorry but I personally dont know the " right" glue to use on stencils.
