SHIMMER POWDER.

ABA has just been given some very( and i mean very) small samples of some NEW shimmer powder colors. By the look they are super fine, but have not opened the little bags as yet. Have not had time to try over any base colors , will try this week.
Untill we find out how long before they are available( these are imported into Australia) and what they do to the base colors ABA has no way of knowing when they will be for sale.I am personally hoping that will be soon..
