Can you show us any photos of your graffiti lettering? I HATE applying names as it is so time consuming, but it is so popular, and people do walk away if you can't give them the name that they want. Every year I change my policy on lettering, and this year I think I will design tall thin letter stencils that are for one time use and can be easily applied.
