Redesigning my menu board

Hello everyone,
Thanks to ABA and Trendy Tribals I need to add 60 stencils to my design boards. Talk about an undertaking. My main problem is that the space I can display the stencils is limited.
I used to have them displayed with a little space between each one so your eyes could move across the display without too much problem. However, with the addition of my new stencils, my boards are packed. They're right next to each other.
Do the rest of you have packed display boards too? Any ideas on how to make the display easier to read? Thanks for the help.
