DO NOT use 70% for thinning inks It contains 30% water and will muck up the ink.
Another tip>>>> When the ink bottle is running low you may want to use a chop stick to "Mash" the pigments that settle to the bottom. That is the usual time I would add 91 or 99 a little to thin out those thicker bottom of the bottle pigments.
