Hi Kent.
Diluting the inks depends on the user. Some inks maybe thinned by 10% with rubbing alcohol. The higher percentage the better( 95% ). ABA states 2 year shelf life, but we have had inks here for 4 years and they still spray and stay on as good as when they were made.
