Have been in touch with Tim Crowley and thanks for the thread to this site Tim. Was Plank Owner on the best ship in the US Navy. Would love to hear from anyone who did Mess Cooking in 1971 (say latter part). Smooth sailing and never spit into the wind. Robert Kay
