1. How is a head lock actually applied??? Palm up, or palm down???? Why??
2. What is the drop down for???? Why???
3. What workouts should one do to gain weight, loose weight???
4. Whats a good diet for me????
1-I always did it palm up. That side of the arm is softer, plus, you're not putting pressure o your wrist.
2-stop drop and roll is what you do when youre on fire.
3- I can gain or lose 5 pounds in a day
4-The blow away diet.
I dunno. I think making it anywhere in wrestling depends far greater on the theatrics than the actual hiptosses. Brad Rheigans never headlined mania, but ultimate warrior and lawrence taylor did.
Besides, look how many guys that headlined mania, and look who trained them.
Warrior-Red Bastien, 10 hours of training.
Edge-Perrrenial jobber, Ron Hutchison
I could go on, but....nevermind.
