my very best friend is needing surgery and is needing help to pay for this life or death surgery - due to her gallbladder... she has a genetic disease that will take her life if she does not have it taken care of ...so if someone knows any info on help or would like to donate a little cash to help her please keep in mind that it will be greatly appreacited very much!
we know times are tough and there really isnt much that i know alot of you cant do much but a little will go along way! please help her!!!
