I was inside 413 Veritas Street at 7:30. The seats were full and your staff was trying to figure out where to put people. Some were leaving for that reason. What I observed was the seating configuration you ended up with at the taping I attended on September 17, which I head counted as 150 including a few people standing.
If NWA ME fit over 300 people in that space Saturday night, the fire marshall should be crawling up your ass.
