Anarchy still serves as a jumping point for some guys but at the same time, there aren't as many places, especially local places to jump to anymore.
Iceberg was able to jump to TNA for a shot
Slim J, Seth Delay, Sal Rinuaro, Kyle Matthews and other regulars and semi-regulars have worked for ROH
Kyle Matthews, Chip Day, and Chrisjen Hayme have worked Chikara
Consequences Creed, Shatter, Judas, and Kimo have all gone to TNA
Orion Bishop, Truitt Fields, Ace Rockwell, Shaun Tempers, and maybe even Jeremy Vain will all surely move up the ladder in the near future if they are willing to travel. I believe Skirra Corvus is one of the most unique guys in the business and could really have a bright future as well.
Anarchy still features some of the best up and coming talent for sure. It's a place guys go and work with some of the best minds in the business like Dan Wilson, Bill Behrens, Jeff G Bailey, and others that help the guys not just be guys that wrestle but actual professional wrestlers with personas and ring work that makes sense.
Nashville on the other hand just doesn't have that feel to it. A lot of the workers are older or just not in any kind of mold to make it to the next level. There are guys that have the potential but I feel like the style worked in Nashville is just too old school for anyone to really be impressed with anything anyway.
