From what I can tell, that was the original plan. Now that Hasbro has decided to focus on the 3 3/4 inch Marvel Universe Line, We may never see any of those figures originally planned even for the rest of this year. In article I read in I believe it was Toyfare, We will be luck if we see the two packs scheduled for this year. At any rate the BAF are done for the immediate future. According to the article, any future Marvel legend lines will be exclusives to either Toys-r-us, Wal-Mart or Target.
