Marvel Legends Series 20 AKA Hasbro Wave 5

Not Yet Confirmed, but several sites are posting these are a rumored for sometime in '08:
US AGENT
UNION JACK
BLACK SUITED SPIDER-MAN
SILVER SAVAGE SILVER SURFER (Planet Hulk?)
ADAM WARLOCK
SPIRAL
No word on BAF but speculation of it being Thanos due to Warlock. "If" it turns out to be Thanos it would be kind of a letdown since he already has a pretty nice Marvel Select figure. I'd be happy with a Stranger BAF but guessing yet another X-themed character, just because.
I'm hoping for classic Starlin Warlock
