Correct. Mar-Vell (with Blonde hair) Had full control of his Cosmic Awareness and therefore it was not "ON" all the time and when he did activate it, it was shown just on his face.

Genis-Vell, who had no control of his Cosmic Awareness was visable all over his body. The constant "ON" eventually caused Genis to go crazy.

    Johnathan,

I wasn't trying to be snotty. I just didn't understand your question on how it was phrased so I answered trying not to insult your knowledge that they were Father and Son.

: It is supposed to represent his cosmic

    : I didn't know that. That's why I asked.

    : The Starry Captain Marvel? That's Mar-Vell's
: Son, Genis-Vell. If you knew that I'm not
: understanding by what you mean by Mar-Vell
: being a piece of the night sky.

: Be warned, Spider-woman's wrists do not

    :
: Mar-Vell looks basically the way he does in
: the comic books. That's what we want. In
: what story arc does he look like a piece of
: the night sky? The figure is pretty, but
    : what's the story?
    :
: Does anyone have Moon Knight and Beta Ray
: Bill? Are they worth the bother? Beta-Ray
: Bill does not look big enough in pictures to
: me. He's supposed to be built like Thor but
: taller. Moon Knight looks like Bullseye
: with a cape. No reason to spent $20+. I do
