There are a few possibilities. Look at the Wrestler figures. Many have full beards.
AoA Sabretooth has a pony tail that would work for any figure. Take the pony tail and add it to the head with the beard.
Or skip the pony tail, leave the hair free and use DCD Aquaman's head, a beard that is perfect.
Sentry's head is really too small to be any use. But you could take just the beard portion and glue it to a head with the right hair and sand down the face to fit the beard.
Or you could just wait until ML Blob's Thor. The helmet should be removable and leave the indentations in the head to add the hair of your choice.
I hate Walmart Thor's arms. His legs are good for a 6'4" figure.
