Yeah, that's what I've done before. My first try was a Sentry figure. It was adequate. I guess I'll just do the same thing again. I wonder why ML made Wolverine's torso twisted and all one piece anyway.
Or I could clip off Wolverine's legs close to the pelvis and just glue them where Cap's thigh swivel is. The leg would be just a bit longer, but Black Adam is 6'2", so he can't have Wolverine's legs without a small extension.
Well, it will either work or it won't. This is not surgery.
: I've done a few torso and hip cracks before.
: The problem is the peg that connects the hip
: to the torso - it's enclosed inside the
: hole. You would have to really just slice
: down the seams and pry it apart gradually
: and gently, repairing any damage with apoxie
: or sculpy. It can be done with minimal
: breakage the more experienced you get at it.

: Is there an easy way to put ML 1 Cap's abs
: chest together with ML 3 Wolverine's thighs
: without having to pry apart the pelvises and
: risk breaking them? ML 1 Cap has the best
: chest and abs of any figure, Wolverine has
: great legs for a super-muscular figure who's
: about 6' tall, and I'll add ML 3 Thor's arms
: or ML AoA Sabrettoth's arms. That would be
: perfect for any super-muscular figure like
: Sub-Mariner or Black Adam.
: I point out bodybuilders and my action
: figures on message boards and people say
: super heroes shouldn't look like freaks. Of
: course they should look like freaks. They
: ARE freaks. I think it's jealousy. Comic
: book geeks (of which I am one who happens to
: lift weights) want super heroes to look like
: ordinary people, I suppose because ordinary
: people read comic books.
: I think the actor and the action figure
: should look the way he's drawn in the book.
: Today I should paint Quicksilver. Right now
: he's just ML Dr Strange's head (painted
: white) on Bullseye's body. The belt and the
: thing on his right thigh also have to go.
: Those work for JSA Sand, Daredevil and I
: forget what else. Leave them on, add LOTR
: Aragorn's head and DCD Eradicator's visor
: and bingo! you have the modern Northstar.
: I'll post this before my pc eats it again.
: I had all this written out in better detail
: when it disappeared.
