I take back my negativity and apprehension, and admit I'm now excited about Hasbro.
When I first saw the magazine article photos for Hasbro Series 1 (Marvel Legends), they looked plain awful. But a source I trust says he saw them in real life, and they looked awesome. Also, I have to say that the photos for Series 2 looked amazing as well.
A weakness of the Toybiz line has always been their female figures. Black Widow looks like she has an adam's apple (due to the awkward placement of the neck-joint. On the other hand, Hasbro's She-Hulk from Series 2 may be the best female figure I've seen.
For cost and storage reasons, I'm no longer going to collect the entire series, but I'll definitely be completing my Avengers, with the additions of Hercules, Pietro, Yellowjacket and She-Hulk. The jury's still out on Emma Frost and Banshee.
Now if I could only get a Monica Rambeau figure....
