The later DD (the one on the left in the pic) is from Spider-Man classics series 6 I think, whereas the first one is from SMC 2. I think he was made either at the same time as Elektra or slightly after, so he doesn't look so tiny next to her. I personally prefer the later SMC Daredevil to the new Face Off version because he has a more traditional colour scheme and his shoulders don't look so protruding. But admittedly, the new Face Off version has a better head. The later Daredevil was also made in an even darker red when it was part of the Urban Legends box set (together with White costume Elektra, Spidey and Punisher) - see the pic.
