I started collecting them shortly after the old Secret Wars when they were more truely 5" and had some mobility. You could find just about every X character there was with about 9 versions of Cable and 12 or 13 versions of Wolverine and the classic Iron Man collection. I had just about every armor. The classic figure is Archangel that was used for just about every custom there was including Vision and Wonder Man as specialty "Gold" figures. Remember those? :-)

: Remember those old Secret Wars 5" figures
: back in the 1980s with their secret shields
: and limited articulation? I had the whole of
: the first wave back then: Cap US, Iron Man,
: Spidey and Wolvie plus Doom, Magneto, Doc
: Ock and Kang. I thought they were all really
: cool at the time even though now they look
: really dated and nowhere near the standard
    : of Marvel Legends.
    :
    : I'm very glad we're getting a new 6"
: Kang in Fantastic Four classics so that he
: will complete all the same characters who
: were in the Secret Wars line. I can't wait -
: he's one of my most anticipated figures this
: year as is Dragon Man.
