Ah, we're in total agreement here with classic Iron Man. That was my first ML and still one of the very best figures to date, even though it's a few years old. He still holds up with the newer figures and just looks superb.
Other favourites include the new Face Off Hulk, BAF Giant Man, War Machine, SMC 17 Hobgoblin, Silver Centurion Iron Man. Iron Fist was pretty cool too. Oh, the new Face Off Cap is excellent as well.
I don't actually have Marvel Select The Watcher as my comic shop never got him in and he's quite expensive online.
