Get tested for growth hormone levels. I complained to my doctor for YEARS about gaining weight in the middle, low, low energy, depression, cold intolerance, etc. and he never diagnosed it. I read it is really common for people with pit. tumors to be deficient in growth hormones - it is called AGHD (Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency).
