Sarah, I have the same symptoms. I was just diagnosed with AGHD (Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency) and started started on daily growth injections. It is VERY common for people with pituitary tumors to have low growth hormones. Weight gain, especially around the middle is very common of AGHD. However, you sound very active and the other symptoms are low energy, social isolation, decreasing muscle tone. Have your doctor test you.
