Currently I'm lifting weights 1 day a week, rock climbing 2 days a week, and I read meters for a living so I walk alomst all day everyday. I'm going to get my hormone level checked to see if it is up again. I don't eat a lot of junk so I really don't know what to do next. Maybe I'll see a dietitian.

I was diagnosed in May of 2000 with hyperprolactinemia. I really didn't have a lot of classic symptoms. Before I was diagnosed I had gain 40lbs in a very short period of time and when I stopped taking birth controll pills I stopped having my period. I saw a lot of doctors and they just told my that I was happy and that my weight was because I was letting my self go...or that my metabolism was changing because I was getting older. I was 29 at the time. I started on bromocriptine and lost 35lbs every quick. I was doing well for awhile and I actually went off my meds after 2 years. That didn't last long. In the last 2 years I have gained 20lbs. You must know I'm 5 feet 1 inch tall. That is a lot for a little person. Just over a year ago I was diganosed with migraines of all types...I have the optical migraine, the classic headache, and an inner ear migraine that makes me so dizzy I can hardly do anything. Currently I'm being treated for the migraines with two different drugs.
