I was told I have a microadenoma, but no-show on MRI. I was told I had a microadenoma, but none showed on the mri. I don't menstuate, I lactate, I had pain with sex, I was depressed and had weight gain. My OBGYN gave me progesterone to force menstruation. She said that you build-up the menstual tissues, and if your not menstruating, it needs to be purged every few months. My Endo gave me Dostinex, but the jerk kept me waiting for two hours, tried to convince me I needed anti-depresents and told me my tumor was "just a quality of life issue". I'm looking for a good Endo in the San Diego Area and people to talk to about getting pregnant on Dostinex or other meds. Dostinex is very expensive. I feel much less depressed and am loosing weight on it. I do get nausia from time to time. I'm almost through my first 2 months of one .5 mg tablet per week.
