The radiation I had did shrink it a little. Dr. seemed happy with it. Had 1 surgery thru upper lip 12 years. It's back. Also have MRI on Dec.6th. also. When tumor grew again was also aggressive. Have a daughter 27 years old. I so wish you did not have to deal with this at your young age. Can't say enough about having good endocrinologist at this stage for you. 2 years ago had 30 treatments of radiation. I'm on growth hormone shots everyday, synthroid, and hydrocortisone as maintenance. Thyroid uneractive now. Tumor growing on sinus wall this time. Always pressure above my nose. It also surrounds carotid artery. Wish I knew what are the consequences of that if any. Good to hear from you. Reta
