I was going through normal infertility workup when they found high prolactin level, non existant LH and FSH levels and borderline hypo-thyroid. I had my MRI on Friday May 28th and am awaiting the results. I have lactated since I was 16 years old (and noone was concerned until now, duh?) My prolactin level was only 59.1 but I see that isn't as high as alot of persons with prolactinomas. What is your opinion on this level and combined symptoms. I have a slew of other symptoms like weight gain, fatigue, acne, always cold, major mood swings, slight blurred vision, occasional headaches and heavy monthly cycle. I guess it would be comforting to get some advice/info from those of you going through a similar experience as no one in my circle of family or friends have experienced anything like this.
