Hi Mike, I was diagnosed Deember 1991. Started on treatment, no shrinkage either, so I went to surgery March 1994. Like you only 2/3 was removed. I am still taking Cabergoline and will be forever. Each year I go for blood tests MRI and check up, I am sick of hearing the same words "the remaining part of the tumor hasnt shrunk". You hit the nail on the head when you wrote about how aggravating it is that no-one can fully understand, especially the people close to you. I feel for you. I know exactly where you are coming from.
