Oh my gosh...me to! Today at the opthamologist this assistant of about 20 years old asked me what brought me to them and I was trying to say tumor and she said..."Oh a pit tumor"! There's slang! Mine little pearl is 4mm. My endo doctor used her thumb and flicked her pinky and said it so small! We don't even take them out until they are at least 10mm. Meanwhile my Prolactin level is at 60 and now guess what...my thyroid isn't working. In the middle of this my PCP says she wants to treat the thyroid. My surgeon is going on vacation so I can't get an appointment until the 18 of Jan. 2008. Thats not so bad, but the waiting and wondering is. Unfortunately I found out about this because of a bloody breast discharge and the surgery to handle that...7 weeks ago...has not healed. It's an awful wound now. I might be lucky to have it over in another month. Frankly...I don't want the tumor side affects...I want surgery. I would rather get it out and over! Oh except for the 50% that grow back!!!!
