I have been on 2.5 mg Parlodel non stop for the past 30 years, I was diagnosed with Prolactonoma and was not able to bear children so can't help you with the breast feeding question. This past summer the Doctor thought I should gradually stop taking Parlodel. Six weeks later my prolactin levels were extremely high, so I am back taking Parlodel on a regular basis.
