Posted by Cristina I was wondering if anyone who has taken parlodel for a macroadenoma has been able to go off it, permanently or temporarily. I've been on it for the past ten years and have only in the past couple of years lowered my dose to 2.5mg a day. My new doctors are concerned with my liver functions, so that has become an issue for me. as well as getting pregnant. There are some other issues that may or may not affect that, but I'm actually only more concerned with being able to breast feed. I just have so many questions, and resources seem scarce. More information about diagnosis and symptoms than anything else. I'm also looking into homeopathy and other "alternative" means of treatment. Just looking for words of advice or just shared experiences. It's been a rough couple of years collecting information and finding doctors that don't treat me like a child. Thanks!
