I was diagnosed with the same. The doctor explained to me that Thank's God both tumors were benign. In relation with the pineal cyst the decision was leave it quiet while there was no problems with it of health problems. The microprolactinoma is going to be treated with medication in order to lower prolactin levels and try to diminish the size.
