Hi, I too was diagnosed with a large prolactinoma which has so far been treated with Dostinex. I had my tumour for 10 years before i realised and in the latter stages I became very irrational and depressed. Did your wife put on weight. I put on 6 stone and my hair stopped growing. In fact everything stopped functioning. I am still overweight but feel alot better. Please tell me your wife's symptoms.
