Anyway, I finally got my insurance straightened out and now I've got an appointment on Tuesday with an Internal Medicine MD, to look at my throat. I don't know that it'll do any good to go to him, but maybe if he can't figure it out, he can order some tests. I've taken all kinds of OTC medications, because I've basically been trying to doctor myself, since this insurance snafu came up. Nothing I've done has worked. I'm really worried it is something serious, but I'm trying to think positively and pray for the best. As for my niece, she's doing a little better too now. I've just had to stay on her and push her. She's not used to having any type of discipline or order in her life. She just did "whatever" whenever she wanted to before she came here. But you know, she actually seems like a much happier person now. I think kids, teens, whatever like having rules and boundaries and when they don't have them, they just sort of float wherever the wind blows. This is a learning experience for me and what I'm learning is that being a little strict doesn't make the kid hate you, it makes them respect you. Anyway, I've got this doctor's appointment on Tuesday the 30th....so if anyone reads this before then please send up a prayer that my problem will be easily diagnosed and cured. Love,

any kind of exercise is good for you. I go to the gym about 4 times a week, sometimes more often. I love working out. I haven't lost any weight by doing it, even though I do an hour of cardio usually plus some weights and some aerobics classes. And it really hasn't helped my fatigue either, except right afterwards...I feel great afterwards. But whatever you do that gets you moving is good for your health and that's what counts. I've come to accept that I'm going to be overweight from now on, no matter what I do. I've been to doctor after doctor had all kinds of tests, they don't know why I'm not losing any weight. So I just take it that God must want me to be fat for some purpose of His own. I've certainly prayed about it enough.
