The police won't let it happen, there will be murders on! You can see it now, heated WestBrom v Wolves, or suchlike, dodgy last minute equaliser leads to penalty shoot out 'injustice'. Absolute nonsense, just like 'goal line technology', it would rob the game of its drama. Its hardly worth watching these days as it is
