Dickson was at Erith & Belvedere last season playing Kent League football. George was looking at him as a possible Bromley prospect.
There's been quite a few stepping up from non-league recently:
Savage (Walton) & Elder (Billericay) at Brighton.
Beckford (Wealdstone) at Scunthorpe.
Kightly (Grays) at Wolves.
McLean (Grays) at Peterborough.
Scannell (Fisher) going to Millwall.
