Any good sites or advice on how to play the 5 man position? Cut offs, double plays, etc. New team looking to play 5 man in 2010.

The best way to begin/learn the 5-man is to watch teams that use it. I'm sure there's videos on YouTube etc...

You'll need a pitcher who can pitch to your alignment. Just moving an extra fielder up will do no good unless your pitcher can help steer the shots.

IF YOU beat off 4 times a day it helps with your positioning in the 5 man
